Day 1
Arrival 3-6 p.m. Pick up "Mystery Project" bag and Welcome Packet
7-8:30 p.m. - Turn in "Square Swap" and Dessert Welcome Reception and Wine Tasting
8:30-9:30 p.m. - "Show & Tell"
9:30p.m. - ? - Quilt in The new charming Pine Cone Quarters
Day 2
Breakfast 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
9-12 noon - Workshops, Vendors Demos and Quilt Time in The Pine Cone Quarters. Noon - 6 p.m. - Lunch on your own. Workshops, Vendor, Demos and Quilt time in The Pine Cone Quarters.
6 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. - Pizza Party
9:30 - ? - Quilt in The Pine Cone Quarters
Day 3
7:30- 9 a.m. - Breakfast. Names drawn for prizes. 9 a.m. - 12 noon - Workshops, Vendor Demos and Quilt Time in The Pine Cone Quarters, 12noon -3:30 p.m. - Lunch on your own. Workshops, Vendor Demos and Quilt Time in The Pine Cone Quarters. 4 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. - Horse-drawn carriage/ sleigh ride, Elk Viewing, Gourmet Dinner & Wine Tasting Event 9:30 p.m. - ? Quilt in The Pine Cone Quarters.
Day 4 7:30 - 10 a.m. Breakfast and Drawing for Grand Prize Winner. Trunk Show and "Show & Tell" Check out is at 12 noon Additional Notes: There are normally 2-4 vendors at each retreat. The vendors bring along supplies to meeting quilter's needs. They are available during quilting times in The Pine Cone Quarters. The vendors are each responsible for 2 - 4 demonstrations or workshops during the retreat. We will let you know if any special supplies are required for the workshops. Each accommodation has a kitchen, so you can bring along snacks and lunch items if you wish. It is OK to snack in The Pine Cone Quarters and The Clubhouse Grill is also open to purchase (reasonably priced) lunch, if you prefer.

12 Noon - 4:30 Lunch on your own. During this time we will hold special Workshops by
guest speakers and / or Workshops by Vendors and Quilt Time.
4:30 - 9:30 Elk Viewing Carriage/Sleigh Ride, Gourmet Dinner, Wine Tasting Event & Guest Speaker
9:30 - ? - Quilt time Day 4
Breakfast 7:30 - 10:00 a.m. Draw name for Grand Prize Winner
"Show & Tell" - Show what you got accomplished during your retreat
Check out is at 12 Noon
Vendors
usually number 2-4 and they are responsible for 2-4 workshops each
which gives you a total of 8-12 demonstrations. If you need any
supplies for these, we will let you know in advance if we think you
should bring anything special. Don't forget there is always the vendors
stores!
Optional - You may
bring snacks and lunch stuff . You have a full kitchen so you won't
have to give up any quilt time! The Clubhouse Bar & Grill will be
open for lunch if you prefer.
