Whatever time of the year you will be whisked away on a carriage or sleigh drawn by a pair of Belgian draft Horses for a romantic ride through the lush forest. Depending on the season your special day may start with the ceremony amid the pines, the sun shining and birds singing or with snow flakes drifting gently down in hushed reverence for the moment you are sharing.

Or you may choose to have the ceremony in front of the stone fireplace at the Elk Antler Log Cabin. When you step inside the cabin you enter a world where dreams are reality. Every wish is anticipated so that you have the fairy tale wedding you have always wanted. The fireplace, the windows, the tables are impeccably decorated. The table settings are sparkling with china, crystal and silver and there is an air of elegance around you yet the rustic charm of the period antiques and trophy mounts keep the feelings of serenity and reverence in the forefront on your special day.

To keep the dream alive you and your guests will be served a five course gourmet dinner prepared before you on two antique wood cook stoves by Jan Matthias. From the apple/pear crepes to the crown roast of pork to the white chocolate mousse filled pizzellles and everything in before, after and in between, it will be a day you and your guests will remember and talk about for years to come.
